It’s finally here! The first release of the Uphill Studio website is now live. Like all of the projects we are working on, there is still a lot of work left to be done. We’re never satisfied until everything looks absolutely perfect, so expect to see a few minor tweaks happening to the website within the upcoming months. Check it out @ www.uphillstudio.com.
We know a lot of you have been waiting for the next update for Sokoban Online. Well, it’s here! We made a short list for you that highlights some of the cool new features that are now available:
- New EXP System that is easy to understand.
- Earn Trophies (Gold, Silver, Bronze) for every puzzle.
- 8-bit Sound Effects for every aspect of the game.
- Invalid Solution fixes for known “problem-puzzles”.
- Minor graphic revisions.
- Various other improvements.

On Thursday June 7th, we’re moving Sokoban Online and the Uphill Studio website to a new and better server. We are starting the move at 17:00 UTC/GMT (5pm UTC/GMT).
During our move, Sokoban Online will be unavailable for a little while. Of course we are trying to keep our downtime at an absolute minimum but, sadly downtime can not be avoided right now. Our new server will give us more room to grow and provide you with an even better Sokoban Online experience.

In the last couple weeks, we have been working diligently on the release of Sokoban Online. We’ve been doing everything from organizing and moving puzzles, transferring member’s data and statistics, and fixing up the new Sokoban Online website to make sure it looks just how we want it to.
We know that we originally planned a release date of December 25th, but it turns out we still have a little work that needs to be done before we can release the game. We are working around the clock to make sure that Sokoban Online will be brought to you before the New Year of 2012. We promise that you will not be disappointed with the end result, and hopefully you will understand the reason for the delay.

Developing Sokoban Online has been one of the most tedious and difficult projects we have ever undertaken. Development started nearly 5 months ago, and through this time we have accomplished so much, not only for Sokoban Online but for Uphill Studio as well. We are hoping that all of our efforts and determination to make Sokoban Online the best Sokoban game ever made will pay off. As some of you may know, there is only a little over a month left until Sokoban Online is released. It’s time to start getting excited!
Sokoban Online will be released on Christmas Day of this year. We hope everyone who is anticipated for the release is as excited as we are.
